Ms. Alexa Nicole Scott is a litigation attorney focusing on personal injury matters including automobile accidents and nursing home neglect cases. In addition to personal injury cases, Ms. Scott handles estate planning matters. Ms. Scott is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and all Florida state courts. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the St. Pete Bar Association, the American Association of Justice and the Florida Justice Association. Ms. Scott has a strong passion for advocating for equal rights for all people. Ms. Scott volunteers with the Womens League of Voters to protect voting rights every election cycle. While in law school, Ms. Scott served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Executive Board. As a student, Ms. Scott competed in the 2016 August Rendigs, Jr. National Products Liability Moot Court Competition in Cincinnati, Ohio; the 2016 Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition at the Florida Bar Annual Convention; and the Earle Zehmer National Moot Court Competition at the Workers’ Compensation Institute.
