A 7-year-old boy was struck by a vehicle while riding a bicycle in the parking lot of the Arbors at Belleair Apartments in Clearwater on April 30th. As of the time, this report was written, the investigation was ongoing. Thankfully, the boy injured in the accident is in stable condition.
