A motorcyclist died after colliding with an SUV on U.S. 19, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Source.

The sport utility vehicle was traveling south on U.S. 19 approaching Bolton Avenue at around 2:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. A 57-year-old motorcyclist was traveling north in the center lane of U.S. 19. Both vehicles were approaching the intersection at Bolton Avenue when the SUV turned into the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle collided with the front right side of the SUV.

The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the SUV suffered minor injuries.
