A sixty-one-year-old man was driving a sixty-two-year-old male passenger on the ATV. He was heading eastbound on a private dirt road when the driver failed to safely negotiate a left curve on a twisting road and the ATV overturned. Both men were ejected from the vehicle, with the sixty-two-year-old becoming pinned underneath and suffering fatal injuries at the scene.
